Cruelty Free Night Time Skin Care Routine

Hey lovelies!

I thought it would be a fitting time to update you all on my skincare routine, as it’s coming up to Summer and I imagine a lot of us would prefer to wear as little makeup as possible! I’m going to share with you the cruelty free products I use that help leave my skin glowing, spot-free and smooth.

So, I start by taking my make-up off with No7 makeup wipes. They’re quite expensive but I personally think they’re so worth it – they’re easily the best ones I’ve used (by a mile). I know people warn not to use makeup wipes, but for me it’s the quickest, easiest and most efficient way to start to take all my makeup off.

After this, I use my Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser to remove any excess makeup the wipes didn’t remove. Let me tell you, this cleanser is A-MA-ZING. I’ve tried my fair share of cleansers and not one has ever left my skin feeling as soft and supple as this one. I honestly have no words for it – all I can say is try it out for yourself, even have a look online to see if there’s any cheap testers, and see for yourself how fab it is. It’s not the cheapest but it really is so worth the money, and that’s coming from a very poor student!

After cleansing my face, I use my Elf lip exfoliator – I find I my lips naturally get so dry so this is great to get rid of all the dead skin cells!) This exfoliator is good, but I’m on the hunt for others to see if there’s any I prefer! It’s reasonably priced though and does the job.

After this, I use my No7 Essential Moisture night cream to keep my face hydrated, leaving me with soft, clear skin to wake up with. I’ve only recently started using this but I’m finding it great so far, which doesn’t surprise me as I LOVE No7 products, especially other night creams I’ve tried (such as the Protect & Perfect Intense night cream. Overall, No7 is a skin-care brand I really rate (despite wishing they’d lower their price range a little for poor students like me! Maybe one day…)

So, that’s it! That’s my night time skin care routine. Of course all the products are cruelty free (meaning non sell in China – based on my research, please correct me if I’m wrong!) as I only use cruelty free makeup and skin care products.

I hope you enjoyed my cruelty free night time skin care routine! What’s some products you love that leave your skin feeling soft and fresh? Let me know down in the comments. Also, I will of course leave all products mentioned linked down below for you all to have a browse!

Lots of love,

Soph. xx

    1. The cream is my favourite skin care product from their range! I recently tried their hot cloth cleanser though and it’s nowhere near as good as the Liz Earle one, but honestly I think that cleanser is pretty unbeatable anyway. xx
